The concierge team was excellent. Raymond provided excellent suggestions for city excursions using local transportation like the metro and ferry. (He even gave us precise routes to popular spots).
The daytime curtain did not close completely, so people in the building next door could see inside.

My room was a Harbour View Room and it was adequately sized. The location is good. A short walk took me to the promenade. The fitness center was well-equipped, enabling me to maintain my workout routine.
During check-in, my request for a king bed was not immediately fulfilled. The initial room assigned had twin beds. It took some time and a return trip to the front desk to resolve this issue. I noticed some stains on the furniture in my room.

the room, a harbour view room, was very clean. the ladies were very attentive to my needs. i appreciated raymond woo, the concierge, he listened to my needs for excursions. he gave me the exact routes to victoria peak. i saw the beautiful sunset.
the flush does not work well. i needed to flush twice each time i used the toilet. i needed to wait a minute between flushes. the mattress feel overly soft and the pillows were too flat. i called room service so i could get a firmer pillow.

the harbour view from room 1511 was FANTASTIC. access to the lounge provided food between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. the amenities, including drinks in the room, were included and replenished daily. the lounge staff assisted with navigating the area and recommending local restaurants.
i requested shower caps but housekeeping advised they do not have any.
